With Cegeka and Noshaq as shareholders, NSI benefits from financial stability and investment capacity, enabling it to expand and innovate constantly.

Cegeka joins forces with Noshaq in order to sustain NSI's growth process as an ICT integrator

2011 - NSI establishes itself in Luxembourg by acquiring Multidata

A new significant step in NSI's development

2012 - Amster Group joins NSI, strengthening its presence in Brussels

A strategic acquisition in Brussels for enhanced local development

2017 - NSI acquires the Belgian subsidiary of the Open Group

NSI strengthens its position on the Belgian market, particularly with the federal administrations

2017 - Creation of NSI Luxembourg

NSI Luxembourg is born and becomes a trusted partner for Luxembourg companies, PSF certified

2017 - NSI acquires Pixelixir Belgium and Luxembourg

This acquisition is part of a strategy of complementarity of skills and a development context in Luxembourg

2021 - Acquisition of Rime IT

NSI strengthens its presence with public institutions and particularly within Luxembourg public institutions

2022 - Acquisition of BuSI – Strengthening our presence in Brussels

NSI expands its service offering and positions itself as a partner of choice for companies in the region

2022 - Creation of NSI France

NSI sets out to conquer the French market, starting with the Grand-Est

2024 - NSI expands into Europe and North America with the acquisition of CTG France, CTG Canada, CTG Luxembourg and StarDust

2024 - NSI consolidates its Odoo expertise with the acquisition of Nubeo

A strategic growth of NSI that strengthens its position in Hainaut
