Our collaboration with Keel Digital Solutions
Keel Digital Solutions is a digital platform that provides mental health support to college and university students across Ontario. The company aimed to streamline its quality assurance procedures, strengthen its capabilities in manual testing and regression test planning, and improve its documentation as part of its automation efforts.
Our approach
We proposed a solution that included an eight-hour quality assurance maturity assessment, conducted through workshops with the Keel Digital Solutions team and a QA lead. The goal was to gather insights and establish an audit matrix with control points.
Following data collection, analysis, reflection, and documentation, recommendations were made. These included the delivery of a TMMi matrix and the identification of areas for improvement in internal processes, prioritized according to their importance and cost.
