Radio-Canada is Canada’s oldest broadcasting service and now broadcasts across numerous channels and platforms : radio, TV, web, and mobile apps.

Given the density of its content and the high expectations of its users, quality assurance is a critical issue for Radio-Canada. Its large audience leads to digital fragmentation, that is, a wide variety of devices and configurations. The challenge, therefore, is to conduct testing across just as diverse a range of devices.

Our collaboration with Radio-Canada

Radio-Canada works with NSI for quality control of its INFO app. The app delivers various types of content (articles, videos), offers continuous news updates, and includes in-app purchases. To identify as many bugs as possible, an exploratory testing approach was chosen.
