Our commitment
Since 2023, NSI has driven an ambitious sustainability program, taking meaningful action for the environment and society. We invite everyone—employees, customers, and suppliers—to be part of this shared responsibility and collective effort.
" Our ESG commitment is reflected in concrete actions. Together with our customers, we are the force of change for a more responsible and sustainable company. By integrating ESG at the heart of our strategy, we invest not only in our customers' present, but also in their future. "

NSI CEO
Our environmental target
As a company, we are aware that we are responsible for the greenhouse gas emissions associated with our activity. That's why we want to achieve carbon neutrality (scope 1 & 2) by 2030.
Here's what scopes 1 & 2 represent in a carbon footprint :
Scope 1 : Direct GHG (Greenhouse Gas) emissions, from fixed or mobile installations controlled by the company.
Scope 2 : Indirect emissions associated with the production of electricity, heat or steam imported for the organization's activities.
Our cross-functional actions
Prioritizing solutions that meet our sustainability goals.

Measure our impact
We assess our environmental footprint each year through a carbon footprint analysis conducted by an independent expert.

Promoting zero waste
We support zero waste initiatives by replacing traditional vending machines with bulk flavored drinks and dried fruit.

Reduce impact of mobility
To reduce the impact of commuting, we offer electric vehicles to our employees and, starting in 2024, a mobility budget.

Raising awareness
We involve our employees through the Climate Mural, a workshop to better understand climate issues and explore concrete actions.

Perform digital cleanup
We take part in Digital Cleanup Day
to reduce the energy impact of data storafe.
NSI also supports Green IT by signing the Charter for a Responsible Digital Economy.

Reducing our IT waste
We extend the life of our IT equipment by recycling employee PCs, promoting refurbished smartphones, and donating office materials.
Supplier Code of Conduct
The ethical principles of this Supplier Code of Conduct (SCoC) are an important part of our supplier selection and evaluation.
